After school Thursday, we went to the pumpkin "patch." I use this loosely because it was actually one of our mall parking lots. The real pumpkin patch was not an option as a family because it's a real working farm and, thus, not accessible for Miss Gracie. The other issue, minor in comparison, but hard to believe given that it was nearly 80 degrees, was that it was very muddy everywhere from two days of rain.
with an unsure, "Bubby get up!" throughout the ride.
Despite being incredibly light sensitive (thus, covering her left eye) and, as it turns out, allergic to the hay, Miss Gracie loved her ride on Buttons and proved that she is ready for hippotherapy!

I can't wait for Miss L to get home so I can show her the pics-- too cute! And we LOVE hippotherapy (just don't love paying for it now), it is awesome!!!
Very Cute! I love the top picture (bottom left) on the post.... both of them have the same expression on their faces. Looked like a very cute setup for pumpkin "patch" pictures.

Love your trip to the "pumpkin patch"--how fun! It definitely looks like Gracie is ready for hippotherapy. I bet she'll love it! Katie's been going since she was 2 1/2--we practically have to pry her off the horse every time she goes! :-)
OK so you're super super early with the patch this year! Love set of pics as ever. with love Cx

Yay for the pumpkin patch! Love, love, loving these photos of you guys enjoying all those fabulous orange pumpkins. Gracie and Preston each look so AWESOME riding the horse!
We haven't been yet, but are going with Viv's school on Thursday...I can't wait! There is little I love more than a pumpkin patch this time of year!
Hey, check out my blog ... I gave you an award on it! :)
We are going to the Westminster Mall this weekend for their pumpkin patch. I think I like going as much as the kids do!
Kristi, First I want to say that I laughed so hard when I read about the "pumpkin patch" parking lot. This to is the "pumpkin patch" Evie went to. :).... Then I must tell you that I almost cried when I read about the 80 degree weather :( it's getting cold here......Lastly I really did cry when I read the previous post about Gracie reading the names and then signing them. This is soooo amazing. What a smart and amazing girl she is!!
Lots of love,
Heather and Evie.
