Happiness is... pink

As the sun rose this morning, the most beautiful shade of pink filtered through the uncovered windows in the kitchen. As it got brighter, it looked as though the floor and walls were painted pink. I grabbed my camera, ran into the backyard and took this one shot. It doesn't do this morning's sky justice. But for a brief moment, I saw the world dripped in bubblegum pink.



Happiness is... being back at school after Christmas vacation and wearing new pink pants, new pink shoes and a new pink & brown shirt.
Gracie had a good day and was so happy to be back into her regular routine!

Happiness is... your parents taking you to Disneyland on a Monday morning and sitting in a giant, pink teacup.


Happiness is... your first taste of pink cotton candy.
